Introduction


It was recently reported that one of the most crucial issues that organisations are facing now is Workplace Mental Health. More than 300 million people suffer from depression globally and the numbers are increasing. As there is an increase of mental health challenges at workplace, it has become necessary for organizations to embrace and adapt mental health awareness. Studies from around the world, showing that employees and employers are more likely to experience mental health issues such as stress or anxiety in the workplace. It is important for organisation to implement plans to reduce the gap and create a healthy psycho-social work environment.

Objectives of the  Conference
